  We walked into the store at approximately 8:55 p.m., the gentleman Daniel was doing his nightly cleaning as he was set to close the store. He stopped what he was doing, cleaned and washed his hands and proceeded to put gloves on to take our order. We notified him of a food allergy so that he could take the proper precautions to avoid any contamination. He relayed back that he wasn't sure of what all items had or involved the said allergy. That is what we appreciate so we could then walk him through making the sub helping him along the way. He proceeded to continue to conversate while at the same time completing his task at hand. He handled the entire process very professionally and even apologized if he made a mistake or asked us to many questions to make sure that he was making the food just the way we wanted it. We are overall very pleased with the service that we recieved.

  First off this place looks sketchy as all can be with non-stop flickering lights, kids always running around, management seems to not run at all, and employees just genuinely look miserable, I understand that this can be said for any other fast food establishment but if I didn’t know any better I’d think this place is a haunted house, second off the supply always seems to be short as one time I went in and they had nothing at all which seems very strange for one Americas largest fast food corporations. It just seems out of touch, out of date, and out of proper management.

  Jeffrey was the worst worker I've ever had to deal with. He didn't give me the sub I asked for and when I pointed it out, he laughed and continued to make the sub. Then he charged me for 37 cookies and I didn't even order them. I still paid because I didn't want to make a scene.

  Nice kids working there, clean restaurant, good service. Generous with toppings. Everyone is very friendly.
