I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store due to the customer service from an employee named Crystal.
I came in to return several Amazon items and pulled up my return in the Amazon app. Crystal immediately told me I needed to provide my own box and label. I calmly showed her in the app that I had not selected that option and had chosen “need box and label.” Despite this, she continued to lecture me instead of helping resolve the issue.
As the interaction went on, I repeatedly asked her to stop arguing with me and help me understand how I could complete the return. Rather than assisting, she told me she would not help me at all because I was being “rude.” Asking for clarification and help is not rude, and I’m confident Amazon would agree.
Customer service should be about problem-solving, not lecturing or refusing assistance. In the future, I’ll be taking my business across the street to FedEx or to a different UPS Store.

Nothing but the best, quickest service here. I feel like anyone that disagrees or has a lesser experience has a hard time functioning in society anyways, haha. I walk in with my packages, and am usually out the door in seconds. Amazon returns and shipping of boxes. Excellent on my end.
