  Advanced Auto usually has what I need and if you ever need assistance, Fran is absolutely the best. She knows the store very well and can help you even if others can’t! Fran is also friendly and went out of her way to help me throughout the transaction. Fran gets five stars for friendliness and helpfulness!!

  Gentleman took great care of me. Helped me with battery and recommended a great place to get it installed as my vehicle's battery removal/replacement is a cumbersome, detailed job due to the make/model. Jumped my car without hesitation. Very friendly and would recommend.

  I stopped in on 3/21/26 @530p to get my car put on the reader I stood in the store at the register for about 10 min talking on the phone and waiting while a man and woman talked behind the shelves where the couldn’t be seen but heard. Nobody came out to ask me what did I need since I spoke loudly on the phone on purpose so they would know I was out there. I got mad and walked out and said I’m gone go to another one close to my house. The man then came out as I was getting in my car to see what I need. TOO LATE. I actually took a video but it’s not letting me post it
