Doloris is a capital C word. Whoever is deciding to keep her around as management is messing up big time. Get rid of her so Shelby subway can be enjoyable again. Everyone I know who goes to that subway has a negative thing to say about her so it's not just me and judging by the other reviews A LOT of people know she's gotta go and is the biggest reason this subway loses money and customer base. Just an FYI for customers, you can order from a different subway if you go to the subway website. Waiting an extra 10 minutes for a sub from ontario is better than the gross pile of gunk good ol dorolis will make for you.

ALWAYS understaffed and the one staff member that was working tonight ( 5/2/26) was not just rude but incredibly unprofessional and rude. I get being the only person working and being stressed but take that crap out on your irresponsible employer and not the paying customers. Advice for the one working employee….quit and find a company who doesn’t treat their staff like crap and leave them alone on a busy dinner shift!
2 orders in a row I have asked for extra vinaigrette on 4 different subs, each time there is none to be found on the sub at all. The sub is dry as a bone. I will no longer support this subway with my business. I will get my subway fix when I’m in Ontario or Mansfield from now on.

Once again they have new people working smh. No friendly attitude whatsoever, tried to add extra shit to my order when ringing it up, when asked for extra veggies she literally put one or two more on 😒 ( her hat name tag looked like it said lala 🤷♀️ ), asked for extra sauce she literally dribbled it on. If you can’t give the customer what they want you probably shouldn’t be working there. I will not be coming back here for awhile til they change people again, ridiculous.
Upon arriving there was a huge line. Alex was the ONLY employee working and was super apologetic to everyone.
He worked hard to help everyone and had great customer service skills! Please recognize him and possibly give him a raise because he really deserves it. & please try to get some more help.
