  I always have a good experience here. I sell things on ebay so I am frequently at the Sheffield UPS store, and the staff are always courteous and helpful.

  Nothing good to say about my experience at this location. The person was not courteous in the least. Had me repeatedly calling another state for information when it could have been handled with one call if the clerk was better at his job not to mention his handling of the package. He’d be better employed working at the gas station across the street.

  Not all UPS stores are the same. This one, store number 5974, is absolutely the best one around. Even if there’s a line, they are efficient and courteous. Don’t ship with anybody else with them.

  I went into UPS in Sheffield after having a bad experience trying to return something from Amazon at another business. Usually, Amazon returns are very straightforward, however, this one was more complicated. The employee at UPS went over and above great service in helping me, he even helped me contact and talk with customer service at Amazon. I have been in this UPS before and received really good service every time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
