I typically set my order for me to pickup my order at the Subway at the college through the app. Somehow, it got transferred to this one, I wasn’t paying attention to the switch up, because typically it’s set to favorite pickup spot, so I didn’t give it second thought it would take me elsewhere. Anyways, after I didn’t realize, that has happened until I went to the college and they said they didn’t have my order. I called this location and told them I would like to cancel; instead of just saying sorry, they basically told me to be more careful, it would be considered a waste and hung up abruptly. Then, took more money out of my card, had I known it was practically robbery for a simple mistake, I’d be more cautious. I’m never going to this one if I was set on fire and needed water.
