  I just came in the restaurant to get something to eat and asked where the restroom was (I literally could not hold it before ordering). I asked the lady today on 6/10/26 at around 715 pm where it was and she proceeded to laugh at me and then tell me "Only paying customers may use our restrooms". I respectfully walked out and said ok. Did not even place an order at that point. Then, went next door to the micro center, asked where the restroom was and was directed to it immediately. After that, spent about $3500 in the store. I drove back around to meet my boyfriend as she stared and laughed at me through the window. As a previous subway employee, it seemed extremely out of pocket and out of character for someone working in customer service as i was not disruptive and came in as a regular human being. I genuinely have never written a bad review, but this was the worst someone has ever treated me within 3 seconds of walking into a store. As someone who doesn't expect much, this was the top of the cake for terrible service.

  One of the best subway locations I've gone to in a long time! We come here regularly whenever I end up going to the arcade, so we've been here a few times — So I can promise the service is amazing and the sandwiches are too!

  The service was awesome. The workers were very kind and they made incredible sandwiches quickly! Really good stuff
