I am writing to share the outstanding customer service I received at your store. I had never mailed a package before, but the young lady working the counter made the entire experience seamless. Even though I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly patient, kind, and guided me through the whole process with a warm smile and a wonderful attitude. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, her kindness stood out. I wanted to make sure management knows what an excellent asset she is to your team.

I package was shipped from this location a few weeks ago and it arrived empty. The ownership is refusing to to address the issue. For total clarity the package arrived as a empty box

The UPS Store at Cedar Center made shipping quick and stress-free. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They answered my questions, handled my package with care, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with packing supplies. Whether you need to ship a package, print documents, make copies, or return online purchases, it’s a convenient one-stop shop. Even during busy times, the employees kept the line moving and maintained a friendly attitude. Overall, this is a dependable UPS location with excellent customer service. I’d definitely return for future shipping and printing needs.
