  Honestly i wish i could give them negative stars because 1 star is being kind. The staff never smile or greet you when you walk in. If they're eating in the back when you walk in, they will stay there and continue to talk & eat. When I get notification that a package has been delivered from Amazon they can never find it. I have to go back multiple times to get my packages. Only to come back and find out our was there all along, they just didn't input it into their system. If you can avoid this location do so! We're somewhat stuck coming here because we're in a gated area and can't receive packages and the next UPS store is all the way in Solon. The owner really needs to clean this place up. It's really a mess. It's severely frustrating to deal with this business. Highly unprofessional. And a bit pricey if you ask me.

  Have been a member here for years they've switched owners now for the last few years and they are absolutely amazing the previous owner should be proud these young men and I say young men are amazing Dependable loyal professional they call you by name they know their stuff!!!🎯💯🔥❗️❗️❗️🔥💯

  Great experience at The UPS Store on Chagrin Blvd in Shaker Heights. This location is convenient with easy parking, making quick stops simple. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the package drop-off process was fast during my visit. Apart from shipping, the store also offers notary services, fax, document shredding, passport photos, office and mailing supplies, to name a few. Highly reliable spot for shipping needs.

  The associates at this store are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We truly appreciate all of their assistance and patience with customers. The store is kept organized daily.
