  The soda machine looked like it had never been clean and there was hair stuck in dried up soda on the lever. Also the manager and the worker was not wearing a hat to protect hair from falling in the food while preparing anything.

  It was like everyone was in slow motion while the line was backing up. Didn’t greet anyone. Barely acknowledged anyone was in the store. Didn’t hand off an order the person in front of me was waiting for, just left it on the counter for her to assume is was ready. Took 20 minutes to get a salad and I had to ask 3 times for dressing and go back in for a fork. I get that it’s probably a minimum wage job and these teenagers don’t care but it’s like apathy was a job requirement. Jeez.

  Went last Sunday and a young guy with dreads acted like I was getting on his nerves by giving him my order. He kept calling me Man, I’ve never had such horrible customer service in my life. There was no manager in the store in evening to report him to. They don’t have worry about me patronizing them again.

  Horrible. The place is just dirty. Dirty stained floor mats. Dirty sauce stained counter tops. Overcharged sandwiches. A footlong turkey is $8! Produce doesn't look as nice. They don't go by their listed store hours either. I went at 10:30 am and the lady ahead of me said they'd just opened. Their sign says 7 am-9 pm Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Van Aken
