  The manager is very rude. The food is often expired and not fresh. Save your money and your health and try a different subway!

  I asked for extra toppings and this what they gave me. This store is making the bread smaller and thinner than any Subway I have been to. Staff is unprofessional. I won’t be back.

  This is the only subway that I go to! Because the owners and their families work there, there is a lot of care and attention to detail given when producing orders! Customer service is on point, as I am always greeted with a smile and a hello how are you! They apply my coupons with ease and no hassle! They are far from the poor service of the Shaker Towne Center location, that has given me problems with the three areas mentioned above, that this location succeeds in!
