(7/2021) Well, I'm back at Cricket on Chagrin again!🙂This time I had the great pleasure of meeting Bill and Love (yes, that's really her name)! Bill waited on me this time, and he was quick to help me. Love showed me how to do something on my phone. They were both friendly, courteous, professional and funny. I left feeling good! Thanks Steve for finding these great people. Cricket on Chagrin is the place to go!!! Desiree, The Manager of this store, when I tell you she is the bomb, SHE IS THE BOMB!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, courtesy, and fast! I love going to this store! If you need a phone or accessories, please check her out!!
