  Chicken was not fully cooked. Very soft to the touch, skin not crispy. Some wings were still pink on the inside but thru seasoned the wings well. All it needed was another 7 minutes to cook and it would have been better than this. Maybe it was a bad night idk but yeah this ain’t it.

  I was out of town visiting for the holidays.. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper combo and a 15 piece lemon pepper combo.. after waiting for over an hour I get my food and go back to my hotel.. the chicken was undercooked my daughter tried to put some of it in the microwave to cook it some more that didn’t work the chicken came out hard.. my daughter and nephew had to go to bed hungry.. I will never go back to that wingstop again.. wingstop cost to much money to get undercooked food..

  This now makes 3 times in the last week that I have stopped in JUST for a brownie and the 1st time I was told they aren't taking anymore orders now, so they wouldn't let me buy just a brownie and the last 2 times they didn't have any more "for the day". Mind you, this was all well before 5 pm. Today the girl working at least was kind enough to apologize, the other times I was treated like quite the bother for even walking through the door 👎🏼

  I ordered in person and got a boneless wing combo. I spoke with two employees while I was there, they were both incredibly friendly and polite. The food came out quick. The inside was small and clean, enough room to sit down and eat or wait for you food. The chicken was hot and smelled great. I liked the quality of the chicken, but the breading was too mushy for my taste. I liked the amount of seasoning in the fries, but they were barely warm, almost cold. They give you a decent amount of food, but I'd probably go somewhere else that has a crispy breading on their chicken, with more of a fresh homemade taste.
