  I have never ever encountered such professionalism, knowledgeable, patient, and such kindness such as Beth. Other cricket locations my husband and I go to, are never a successful visit. Beth ALWAYS makes sure that my technical issues are met. BETH IS THE KIND OF PERSON THAT SHOULD ALWAYS BE THERE TO HELP. BETH REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF. OTHERS SHOULD LEARN FROM HER.   If you’re shopping at any other Cricket store than the one in Sandusky (OH) with Beth, then you’re not getting the absolute best service possible! After years of horrible experiences with the Amherst store, I came here to Sandusky. Beth is the epitome of knowledgeable customer service with a smile.
