  Stopped in today to have my battery charged and checked. The woman behind the counter said she could charge it but not check it , which didn't sound right to me, but I said OK. I said I'd go have lunch and come back. When I returned the battery was exactly where I left it on the cart, it was never put on a charger. She claimed she charged it. Took it home and it was no different. I dug out my charger, charged the battery and the car started right up. They need to hire some people who want to do their jobs

  I've traveled extensively, and this location in Sandusky Ohio is very poorly ran. The management is controlled by the employees. They need management that has no fear of their employees. Horrible location. The laziness and tackiness exuded here is top flight.
