We waited in line for 30 minutes, waiting to see if our mobile order was done and when we got up there they said they didn't have it. But we got charged for it and was showing up in our past orders. They claimed that since we have no email confirmation that they can't do anything about it. We even showed them that it was ordered for this address but she claimed that it was the wrong address even though that's the address that was right outside. And when we asked how to get our money back they said that hopefully it will be refunded. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend and I think they need to come up with a better way to figure out problems like this.

I visited on February 18 around 2:30 PM and questioned the price of my order because it seemed high for just a value meal. The employee at the counter insisted it was correct and told me to check the receipt myself. After leaving and reviewing it later, I realized I had been charged for a value meal plus a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub that I did not order.
Mistakes happen, but the dismissive and snarky attitude when I tried to clarify was disappointing. I hope management can address the customer service experience so it does not happen to others.

The two gentlemen at the counter were kind and professional and made our sandiwches very carefully. Thanks!
