  Bryan was absolutely amazing today! I had three packages that needed to be overnighted to different states and my toddler was being crazy before nap time. Bryan was v patient and helpful and never made me feel bad as my child was running around. He also seemed to know every customer that came in and took care of everyone. Anyways, what could have been an awful experience Bryan made completely manageable. As a mom I appreciate that!!

  First, they assumed what I had in the box was something is was not, based on the box (a backpack blower box) and told me that a Generator was "UNSAFE ITEM" and I would have to take it 25 Miles away to a different store. Not very Helpful at all. It seemed as though they just didn't want to help.

  FedEx very recently switched to online notary services. Staff member told me to my face today that they never offered in-store notary services and when I said I had just had notary services done at that location recently while she was working. She lied again before I left that they never had in-person notary services and told me to have a nice day.

  I come to this FedEx location often for shipping, but today I had a very disappointing experience. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and accused me of treating her like she was stupid before walking away from me mid-conversation. I ended up taking my package and leaving. The interaction was highly unprofessional, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others looking for reliable customer service.
