  I want to recognize Bryan and Jenna at the FedEx Office in Rocky River for providing exceptional customer service. I was preparing to travel out of state for a very important business trip and rushed into the store shortly before closing with several much-needed items to print. Bryan and Jenna were incredibly patient, helpful, and worked together as a team. They made sure I received everything I needed, even though I know my timing was less than ideal. Their kindness and professionalism made an already stressful situation much easier. It is refreshing to know that there are still people who take genuine pride in providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the care they showed me and will definitely return to this location for my future business printing needs. Next time, I will do my best not to arrive at the last minute! Thank you again, Bryan and Jenna. Your assistance was sincerely appreciated.

  Anthony (thank you!!!!) and the entire team at this location are top notch! I found Anthony to be a responsive, efficient and creative problem solver. He is knowledgable and highly efficient. I had ~$800 worth of printing I needed for an upcoming wedding with only a few days to turn it around and I was amazed and 100% satisfied with the results. I highly recommend working with Anthony and this team and location for your printing needs. Anthony asked the right questions and made suggestions that produced high quality items at a very reasonable price. The printed materials were available on time and before I needed - even with an impossible deadline! Thank you Anthony and team for making a hurried and dreaded task leading up to a wedding fun and easy with a great outcome! Cheers!

  Bryan was absolutely amazing today! I had three packages that needed to be overnighted to different states and my toddler was being crazy before nap time. Bryan was v patient and helpful and never made me feel bad as my child was running around. He also seemed to know every customer that came in and took care of everyone. Anyways, what could have been an awful experience Bryan made completely manageable. As a mom I appreciate that!!
