  Really my only complaint and I don't wanna complain about it cause people are never the same some move fast some slow with that being said if ur n a hurry prob pick another subway but very kind fella.

  DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER AT THIS LOCATION- THEY’LL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY WITH NO HELP!!! Placed an online order for pickup at 6:00PM. Received the notification that it was ready, arrived at 6:05PM, and the girl working said they had closed early (hours are until 9:00 PM) and wouldn’t be making my order. She told me to request a refund through the app or “come back tomorrow.” Unfortunately, I was only traveling through and I can’t go back tomorrow. There is no where to request a refund in the app. I went through “help” on the app and after about 20 minutes of automated messaging, was told to “keep an eye on my email”. Never got an email. Their phone number to that store is disconnected. Completely out the cost of my meal.
