Ordered online - took the money out my account but never got the food! Love that 😒
So I got some wings weds night after work, 3 different flavored wings were in the same box. (Dumbest Idea ever) My kids and I like our wings to only taste like the one flavor I chose, not all 3 mixed together at once. Lemon pepper wit Mild and citrus MoJo sauce on them all. Smdh Not to mention the workers spoke NO English. I don't understand why they wouldn't have an english speaking person there with them. (Makes NO SENSE) So it took me 20 mins to attempt to explain and get them to understand my request that I want them separate and/or made over. The worker then decides to re-fry all of my wings claiming "it'll clean them off". Wings came back extra extra crispy and not good. I called Thurs and of course no manager on duty and was told I can come Fri to have my order replaced. Only to call Fri and be told I CAN'T get my order corrected unless I bring the wings back from Wednesday night. So make sure you either speak Spanish or expect your order to be made however they make it. Cuz they won't remake it unless you bring the wings back. @wingstop what the hell?!?!

Do not recommend! I was super excited bc I love the Wingstop in Whitehall! Unfortunately just like all service in reynoldsburg, Pickerington area, this is trash! Over half the order missing for them to say? Not on us! Are you serious? Trash! Save your money and go somewhere else

I used to really like this Wingstop when it first opened. The food and service was great in the beginning, but lately the quality seems to be slipping. One thing I’ve noticed is the extra-large ranch. We paid full price for it, but recently it tastes watered down and not the same quality as before.
It feels like the customer experience is not being cared about the way it was at first. I’m concerned that if the quality and consistency keep going down, this location may lose a lot of loyal customers. I hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously because this place started off really strong, and I would like to see it get back to that standard.
