  I’m highly disappointed. I been coming here for years and I never had a problem. I come here so much I am recognizable. I placed and order on 7/12/2026 online it said the store was open. However, when I went to pick up my order around 7 pm it was closed. It was the last of my money and I was hungry. I called on 7/13/2026, just to be told I will get my money back within 3 business days smh 🤦🏽‍♂️.

  1. The staff behind the counter need to understand that when a customer is standing in front of them they need to quit talking about their personal lives, and do their job. They ignored my bf right out the store. 2. Since we can't be acknowledged in the store, we ordered online. Both times I ordered chocolate chip cookies and you guys send everything but. It seems to me you need to list on your website that door dash order get what you give them, not what they order. Trash staff. Trash service. Trash overcooked stale toasted bread. This store always has a problem. Ice machine always broke. The store always dirty. The staff always talking about everything but business. Got to the broad st one where it's a store full of teenagers out performing grown adults.

  App is messed up and won’t take order No way to contact anyone from subway. I’m am not working this hard to spend my money on your food. When your sales slip and stores close hopefully you find comments like mine and solve the mystery as to why customers aren’t coming to you anymore

  The guy who made my two footlongs at 1:50pm today needs recognized. His hospitality and demeanor was exceptional. Sunshine on this rainy day. The facility is always clean and has good looking produce.
