  I ordered a cheese pizza for my kid and instead of telling me they were out of dough. They put marinara sauce on a 6 inch sub with cheese. They also refused to give me my refund for the cheese pizza until I stood there and they called the owner and the owner told them to refund me.

  I suggest going to the subway on Brice Rd near Livingston Ave or Gender Rd next to Kroger.. one of the team members here just sits in the front on her phone and when a you enter the door she’ll mug you. They don’t have a self pick up shelf so I walked in, manager asked for my name since I had a pick up order, I told him my name and instead of handing me my order, he grabs it and puts it on the counter. What do I need to be at the counter for if I already paid? You picked up my food why not just hand it to me? I had my app open to show him my order as well. I will not come here ever again. Food was also cold by the time I arrived at the time I was supposed to.
