  This location is absolutely terrible. Any time that I try to redirect a package here (I try to avoid it when I can), it takes 2+ attempts for it to actually be delivered because they are randomly closed in the middle of the day during the week. It is a convenient building location wise, but an absolute nightmare to deal with every time without fail. The employees never know what's going on, no one ever answers the phone, and the actual package collection process is incredibly juvenile and takes far longer than it should. I genuinely believe a child could come up with and execute a better system. I think someone from corporate DHL needs to see this location's shortcomings firsthand to actually solve whatever is going on here. I would rather drive 30+ minutes to a different DHL than this one <10 minutes away. 0 stars

  I rarely ship DHL, since they have the least flexible customer service/pickup options. This location, in particular, is terrible though. All 3 shipments that I have routed to pick up here have failed delivery on the first attempt because the location was closed during their posted hours of operation. Also, everyone on the staff I have worked with to collect my packages seem incredibly confused, as if it is their first time having someone sign for a package. Also very odd store setup, feels very unprofessional and makeshift. If you are looking to route a package here for pickup, please know that you will not have the same neutral to positive experience you would have picking up at a Fedex/UPS/Amazon collection location.
