  I visited this location today to order lunch. When I arrived, there was one employee behind the counter and two others seated in a booth eating, presumably on break. As I stood at the counter, the employee working was focused on preparing an online order and engaging in conversation with the employees on break. I waited at the counter for approximately three minutes and was never acknowledged—no greeting, no indication that someone would be with me shortly. I was completely ignored. Ultimately, I left without ordering. This was some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way, and the loud, inappropriate conversation being shouted across the restaurant only added to the unprofessional atmosphere. Very disappointing.

  Not a bad place to go eat with your family or co-workers or just to grab a bite to eat while you're on lunch I just wish there would be a little bit more hearty on their meats they use a lot of condiments and hardly any meat for their subs
