  Stopped in at lunchtime today to pick up a couple of subs. Saturday at almost noon, I expected a short wait but not almost an hour!!! There were 2 people working. One was obviously brand new and the other has been there a couple of weeks. Where was the manager? The line was halfway through the store. People were walking in and right back out, People in line were leaving. Again I ask, where was the manager??? My sandwiches were barely edible. My husbands meatball sub was VERY dry. It had no sauce on it. I asked for a little extra mayo on my tuna and she drowned it. I'm not upset with the ladies who were there trying to get through it all but management should be ashamed of themselves!! Do better!

  They didn't have guacamole, so I was forced to choose a different sandwich to eat. Customer service needs to be a little more friendlier.
