  I placed my order at 9:22 pm to be picked up at 9:37 pm. They close at 10:00. I get to the door at 9:35 and it’s locked! I shake it, knock, call….nothing! Finally at 9:45 pm an employee comes to the door. He doesn’t let me in. He cracks the door and hands me my food and locks the door quickly behind me. I get to the car and all my food wasn't in the bag. I go back and knock for a couple more minutes and he comes back. He lets me in this time and tells me he’s sorry but he closed early. I grabbed my two bags of chips and left.

  Placed a online order and after sitting in the lot for 5 minutes with no progress the only 2 workers came out front to smoke cigarettes and gossip instead of making my food. Have came here a few times and when it was time to pick up it still wasnt ready and one of the women snapped off rudely saying she hasn't even started on it yet because they just opened more than 15 minutes ago. Every single time I've been the only customer and I now realize why... Not to mention the curbside delivery sign but they always say your order is completed (when it actually isn't) so you don't Tap "I'm here" because heaven forbid they have to work further than the front door they barricade while smoking and not working.

  They never answer their phone calls like they should they need to start answering their calls when I want to change something on my order

  We walked in was not acknowledged by worker making a sub. Waited finally someone came out gloved up and ask us what we wanted. Not polite at all. When she turned to get my bread she took her gloved hand and scratched her side of belly(bare skin)then proceeded to fix her shirt and cover herself back up. She then got my bread out with same hand. Why even bother gloving up. We left did not order and went to Scioto county and ate at Subway.
