  WOW! I have to say I was so impressed by the staff, their efficiency, and their willingness to go the extra mile to help me. I shared with the store manager, (who may I say was incredible) how diligently her ladies worked and that she should be very proud of them. She said she was. Great representation for UPS!

  i came in to deliver my rental books for college. however the box i had used to try to ship it in, had a big hole. it was a 12 pack for beer and the handle ripped while i was holding it earlier. however i still tried to hold faith. she adhered by work policy by establishing a boundary that she would not be able to take the package. however that didn’t stop her. she searched around the front for a SECOND, no literally, like she literally turned around and grabbed out of the trash. she found a box that is able to be shipped then delivered excellent service with no hassle. Her name is Kyra Peals. She delivered excellent service!!! noticed the little things about the process and helped me through my first time delivering a package. 5/5 would recommend and definitely would ship my packages here again!!!

  I had problems finding the label that was send to me on my phone… Kathy was so very very helpful and patient with me even as the room filled up with customers !! She deserves a gold metal as she multi tasked helping not only customers in line but also fellow employees! She’s the very best !!!!! She deserves more than 5 stars !!!!
