  I went into this location at 4:35pm today. I walked in with a smile and said Hello, one young man was on the phone, the other looked at me with no acknowledgement. I walk toward a register, he still says nothing to me. He lifts the little scanner, i hold the bar code (as i already had a label on it) still says nothing. I then said well hello to you too! Then the young man on phone says Ma'am Im on the phone.. I said I can see that, Im not stupid, but i wasnt talking to you i was talking to the one who is "assisting" me. He (the one on the phone) then said, you can say hello? I said I DID!! twice now. Then he (not the one who was "assisting" me says just put it on the weight machine. (Why didnt the one "assisting" me tell me that?) I did that and the man assisting me still said nothing! I looked at both of them and said worst customer service ever! I will not be back and i will tell my company never to go there again! Just unbelievable..

  Nick took care of me on May 28, And helped me package and coordinate the shipping of two very large boxes and returns for Amazon. He was kind, courteous, hard-working, and diligent. He is a wonderful young man, and you should keep him employed at your store and Org.. He has a great future. All my best.

  This store is so well organized, the staff are always friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad experience coming to this store in all the years I’ve been coming . I need to send a shout out to Dwayne, he is the best and doing an excellent job of running the store by himself today! Keep up the great work Dwayne!

  Nate, the manager helped me with my UPS package. I cannot remember a time in my recent past that I have dealt with a more rude and condescending individual. When I asked for him to tell me my shipping options (admittedly, I did tell him I didn’t want to ship next day air), he responded that he had already told me, and that everyone in the store heard him, so wasn’t sure why I hadn’t. I looked around at the handful of people there, but no one there was looking for trouble! I asked to speak to the manager, which was when I found out that it was him! I asked who the owner was, and was informed that she is hardly ever there. Dear owner, whoever you are, you might want to check in a little more often! Not only is your manager a jerk, but he doesn’t appear to hold you I very high regard!
