  Store manager Duane, charged me on a fax without prior consultation or quote. That is improper conduct, and rudely continued to state that the obscene price was normal and he had already faxed instead of consulting or informing me on the cost. I will be reporting this and taking to HQ. Customers should be informed on cost, not strong armed and made to look ignorant. I'm never coming back to this store again.

  Employees are wonderful! They are very friendly and always super efficient and competent! They are helpful and happy to assist you. This is the complete opposite of the FedEx store down the road on Chagrin Blvd, where every time I walk in they are rude, do not want to help me, and tell me to do everything myself--not sure why they're even employed. I don't go to FedEx anymore. I have only ever had positive experiences at the Pinetree UPS store.

  Every time I am at the Pepper Pike location I am helped by the same three young men, Nick, Dominick, and Nate. And they are always incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I appreciate them and go out of my way to go to this location because of the fantastic customer service they consistently provide! Thank you!!
