  Absolutely horrible service. I pre ordered on the app, app says my food is ready. I go inside and no one says anything to me for 10 minutes i had to say something to a worker asking if my food was one of the bags off to the side since it said it was ready. Worker proceeds to get this MAJOR attitude telling me my food isnt ready and that it just says it is after 25 mins whether its ready or not so whatever i wait. I dont get my food for another 10 mins so I was there for 20 more mins after I had pre ordered my food. I 100% believe that the worker sabotaged my order all because i inconvenienced him with a question. (Tall guy with tattoos, blonde hair) After I get my food i go over to the drink machine and proceed to try every drink and there was zero syrup in any of them, so i get some sweet tea and its literally sugar water (what a joke) also to top it off i get home and my wings have slivers of seasoning I got a bite of seasoning on each wing and the best part about this place is I 100% got food poisoning ive been throwing up all day since last night I never get sick unless i eat something bad. I would recommend wasting your money anywhere but here!!

  after hearing me express how much I wanted to try it. Carlos Offered me a chamoy sauce to try without me even asking! Loved the welcoming vibe he demonstrated def needs recognition!

  Food was alright sauce for the wings were very uneven and the ranch did not taste the same as usual and I ended up with food poisoning the next morning

  It was freezing cold in the restaurant other than that it was great
