  Not great service one of the workers was upset that I walked in the door probably because of the many orders they had. I get it but thats no way you should greet your customers. Unprofessional

  This had been my work lunch stop but I live in Lorain County. I went to do an online order at home and forgot to change the location back to Elyria, so ended up accidentally ordering from the Parma store. I immediately called so they could stop the order and discussed refund. "Only a manager can determine if a refund can be made" was what I was told and no manager was available. I called back the following day and spoke to Justin, apparently an assistant manager. He stated the manager would review the order and issue a refund within 5-7 days. Couple weeks later still no refund. Canned and spoke to Justin again who told me he would take care of it. It's been about 2 months now, long enough for them to make it right, but they haven't. It was a $60ish order. Pretty much stole my money. I won't be going to that location for lunch anymore. I encourage others to find a better Wingstop. The Elyria location is always awesome.

  My doordasher, forgot the other bag from my delivery, I was missing my strips and large fry. I called and got Paul, he fixed me up and I got my food. I know it is lame, but I order wing stop, same order, EVERY weekend before UFC and gambling, that actually meant a lot to me, I am superstitious. Thank you so much!
