  I have never experienced worse customer service at a UPS location than I have here. The individual with the sunglasses has consistently provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced at any business. Three of times I've come here to ship items, I've either been talked down to, spoke to as if my package was a burden, or had something made unnecessarily complicated (all by the same individual). The second time, I thought maybe it was a fluke. She told me a package wouldn’t ship because there were too many return labels on it (covered) and acted like I was a burden instead of being helpful, so I left and took the package to the other Parma location and surprise - nothing was wrong with it and it was easily returned. But the third time was what really took the cake. I accidentally brought in a FedEx package, and before I was even three steps through the door, I was immediately told, "Go to Walgreens with that," in an extremely demeaning tone. I understand that UPS can't accept FedEx packages, but there was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. It's really disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend retraining some individuals on basic customer service. The location itself is incredibly convenient, and the other employees I've interacted with have been smooth, helpful, and easy to work with, which makes the experience with this particular employee even more frustrating. Unfortunately, after multiple negative experiences, I will not be returning to this location.

  So much better than it used to be. I would go to a different location further away to avoid this place.
