I had one of the worst customer service experiences at The UPS Store. The staff was incredibly rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers were a burden rather than their priority. There was no greeting, no willingness to help—just attitude and dismissive behavior.
When I asked a simple question, the employee responded in a sarcastic and irritated tone, as if I was wasting their time. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed and rushed me through the process without properly explaining anything. It honestly felt disrespectful and uncomfortable.

Last summer, the place that was supposed to print our wedding programs backed out at the last minute, a day before our wedding. Neel Patel, the owner, was so kind to us and was able to handle the whole project and even gave us a great deal. He saved us so much stress and really got us out of a tough spot. Highly recommend.
Stopped by with a stack of pappers feeling all over the place needing copies, a notary, and shipping. I felt unorganized walking in the store but the store was empty and Keilah greeted me upon entry and saved the day! She came over and swiftly handled my copies, got the notary and took care of my shipping. Hands down she gave the best service I've ever recieved when shipping and making copies! Many thanks again and again for handling my priorities with passion and care.
