I ordered a footlong tuna, with EXTRA tuna for which I paid $2.00 more, as part of their $6.99 footlong promotion. They gave me a footlong tuna that had less tuna on it, than a footlong that would have had just a regular amount of tuna on it. What happened to my EXTRA tuna?! As the old Wendy’s commercial goes, “Where’s the beef?!”
Maybe Subway’s franchisees cover the cost of the $6.99 footlong promotion by cheating customers on the amount of protein they put on their sandwiches?
I hate ordering through the App because you can’t see the workers prepare your sandwich, and maybe that’s the point for them forcing you to use the App to order. So deceptive.
I’m very disappointed and very angry at getting ripped off…

Food will always be wrong, staff is incredibly rude and god forbid you try and go to the bathroom while you are there they will always tell you its closed just because they dont want to clean it
