  The staff here are jerks. I had issues w my brake lights so I stopped in the painesville store for a brake light switch. As I was paying I said this probably isn't the problem and the clerk made a comment that once installed they won't accept the return, in a very condescending tone of voice. I already knew that so whatever. Then I asked if they could verify if that part worked and same crapy attitude he reluctantly said yes. Coincidentally when I started my car I had a check engine light come on and when I asked the guy to come read it for me he asked the 2nd clerk to do it. When we got to my car he could clearly tell it wasn't running, but had to ask like he'd never heard a 2008 civic run so quietly. Finally he did the check and it came back w 2 codes. He refused to show me the 2nd code and also refused to get ne a print out of the codes. At that point I left and went to autozone across the street and low and behold the code reader threw 2 different codes and magically I was able to get a printed sheet detailing the codes and possible issues behind them. I will never use this trash store again! The picture below was the only info I could get and it clearly shows 1 of 2 on the screen.

  I come to Advance because the staff is helpful everytime I come in. Always have everything I need in stock and store is clean and organized. Earl was very professional and knowledgeable on the best battery to purchase and installed it in the cold and rain. Kudos to him and the staff at this store. They beat any of the other auto parts around.

  Great parts warehouse, great inventory, and if it’s not in house Jeremy will get what you need same day in most cases!
