    I don't know why people still bother to come to this subway since they don't even take the subway coupons. Imagine being owned by a church but denying people any kind of a discount. They're even super stingy on anything that you put on the sandwich like lettuce, tomatoes, black olives And whatever else you put on there. Just save yourself the headache and go to the subway on Woodville Road. They actually make your sandwich the way that you want it.

    I visited Subway and was unexpectedly charged an additional $1.40 tip that I did not authorize. I used the tap feature on my debit card and did not select or confirm any tipping option on the payment terminal. When I politely questioned the charge, the manager was extremely rude and initially refused both an explanation and a refund. When I then requested a refund for my order, she told me there was nothing she could do and threatened to call the police if I did not leave the drive-thru line. She left my sandwich sitting at the window and said I could take my food, but I would not be refunded. After several minutes, she returned and finally processed the refund, but her behavior remained unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. I am very upset by both the unauthorized charge and the way I was treated simply for asking legitimate questions about my purchase.
