  July 5th, 2026 I went into store on Navarre ave, only 2 customers were there. They gave me the wrong food. I received the man behind me, his food. I got home to find out my footlong tuna is now a greasy 6" ???. I called and was told if i didn't like it to go to a different subway! When i come back into store to talk the lady literally threw my food at me. I tried calling CORPORATE for a refund, not happening, no live people can't find help anywhere. This is the worst experience I've ever experienced with FAST FOOD EVER. I won't be back to this store and maybe SUBWAY is off my list totally. Also take a picture of your receipt because it has poor ink quality and disappears within days. Very disappointing in this company!

  Cheryl took our order and was dismissive of preferences of food. was unprofessional and unsanitary as well seeing as we found hair in our food!!

  I don't know why people still bother to come to this subway since they don't even take the subway coupons. Imagine being owned by a church but denying people any kind of a discount. They're even super stingy on anything that you put on the sandwich like lettuce, tomatoes, black olives And whatever else you put on there. Just save yourself the headache and go to the subway on Woodville Road. They actually make your sandwich the way that you want it.
