  Victoria was super helpful, friendly, & funny! I'd go back just to kick it with her! She went above and beyond to get my number ported over & I'm so grateful!!!

  Poor customer service! The lady can’t even Compromise and negotiate what so ever to keep a long term customer happy thinking about leaving cricket for a different service. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Stuff never works and all she can say is it’s how the stuff is hooked up so don’t get a headset from there!
