  Horrible place. Half the food was missing. Tried to call no answer. Finally reached someone just to be told I, the costumer was a liar. Received no help from the incompetent management, Received no refund or attempts to make it right. I'll do a credit charge back and be done with this AWFUL PLACE!

  We had a last minute massive order today June 10th and everything was done really well and the team that was there were very nice about it. Even helped carry it to my car.Thanks guys!! Always great food!!

  First post about dine-in/takeout, EVER! I had to share this. Not one, two, but THREE times (in a row) I ordered ten original hot with BLUE CHEESE. I received ten original hot with ranch, not blue cheese, THREE out of THREE times! What are the odds? This place is an absolute joke. The lack of attentiveness and ability to oblige simple requests, far exceed the convenience of picking up a quick meal after work. They can offer me free wings for a year and I would politely decline. This place is an absolute joke. However, they did reiterate why I usually cook healthy food, at home. Maybe a Godsend…

  Ordered a late evening pickup order from the app (930-10ish) after getting to my hotel late and this location was close by. Highly disappointed. Ordered boneless wings, got back to the hotel and all 10 were cold and barely any sauce on them. The fries however were piping hot because well I had to sit and wait on them meaning they were fresh but really makes me wonder how long the wings were sitting around.

  I can’t even begin to describe the awful experience I had here, yesterday, as well as my teenage daughter who was the one who wanted Wingstop for dinner. A happy, fun night with the family turned awful because of what happened here and can’t even get a manager or district manager to call me about it. Can’t rate the food as we were never given our food. Service was awful and bordered absolute insanity. One of our favorite restaurants as a family and we will never return or support this restaurant or brand again. Employee responsible for this behavior said that they were the district manager.
