  The people at this UPS store have completely screwed me over so many times anyone who goes here should be careful. They are there to try to rip you off the woman’s name. I don’t know it, but she charged me to print stuff to send it back to Amazon Amazon frowns on their places, charging their customers absurd charges to get one piece of paper printed $1.88 are you kidding me and they sent it to the wrong place. They didn’t even send it to Amazon.

  These people are the most ridiculous they try to charge you to print one piece of paper $1.50 for an Amazon return. Amazon should be ashamed to send their customers to UPS stores where they treat their customers like Trash Amazon prices itself on good customer service these people at this particular UPS and the other one that they own treat everyone like trash and they mix up your stickers and take no responsibility for it. They sent my item to the wrong place and my other item to the wrong place and now I’m a single mom out $200. I identify as a woman.

  The place is a disorganized mess. Employee did not know how to find the package UPS sent me there to pick up. After handing her the delivery slip UPS left at my house, she spent 5 minutes looking at a screen, went to a shelf of packages to locate the package, and was unable to find it. I asked her to let me know the name on the shipping address - she spent another 2 minutes at the computer looking for it. She then asked another employee to see if he could find the package and he did. I spent 15 minutes in the store waiting to pick up a package UPS driver delivered there. While I was waiting a UPS driver handed the other employee a box and said "I just delivered this here and she just gave it back to me to take away". Packages piled everywhere - on the counter in my reach, on tables behind the counter, on shelves next to the counter. You ship and receive packages at this place at your great risk.
