  Staff needs more training. I took a package with a UPS Ground Saver label and was told it needed to go to the USPS. The label has a big UPS barcode and a note that says to be dropped off only at UPS. I have shipped hundreds of packages with this label with no issue. I have never been told it could not be scanned nor that I could not get a receipt. This is a label contracted through online selling platforms. I CANNOT take it anywhere but UPS or I risk not getting paid. The guy at the counter would not listen and continued to tell me it was a USPS package and that I could not have a receipt or even a scan. I took it to the self service option and was able to scan it and get a receipt without issue. Please educate your staff on all labels.
