  I met with Jeff on 7/6/26 and they didn't have a new alternator in stock to replace (under warranty) the one I bought new two years prior. He did the next best thing and gave me a rebuilt one and a merchandise card to cover the cost difference between the new one and the rebuilt one. I ended up having problems with the rebuilt one; Jeff and Renee were able to get a new one in quickly and swapped me for the rebuilt one on 7/8/26. Jeff wasn't available on 7/8 but the staff were extremely patient and responsive. Excellent service and they all went out of their way to take care of me. I will keep this location in mind for the future.

  First and last time at Advance. The first day received the wrong part, returned it (wrong part the next day. The right part I originally came for wasn't in stock. The same day ordered it (original part) from a sister store around 10 ish, part was "Suppose to be delivered around 2:30 pm. I told them I'll just come in the morning because I had to work around the time it would be delivered. Get there at 11am as I said I would only for their staff to tell me it still hasn't arrived yet. This will be my 4th time going for the same one part. Hopefully it's really there and the correct part .

  We traveled here for a baseball tournament and got stuck at the McDonalds last night, we ended up leaving our car untill the morning. This morning we walked in to see if they could test our car and Daniel was very kind. She tested the battery and alternator on our car and was able to tell us that our alternator was not working. We appreciate all of her help and she was super friendly and willing to help us figure out what to do with our car. We really appreciate it Daniel, thank you for all your help!!
