  Auto,Home,motorcycle. Allsate and this agent is a complete scam of a company. I was with them for almost 10 years every year price increased, and used the excuse of everything has gone up, I was a fool to believe them for so long. Got any insurance quote from a different company $1,200 dollars a year cheaper. I strongly advise you to do research on allstate as a company there was a case brought to federal courts where they were firing adjusters to under quote to pay out less may 13th 2025. Tonia you should be ashamed of the brand you work for.

  Kole Maxwell took care of me and my insurance(s). It was important for me to work with someone young, and who I can be working with for a long time. He took ample time explaining things, and if there was something he wasn't sure on, he found out. More importantly I know that when a claim happens I have he and his family in my corner to help. I have no doubts Kole and the team will help you too.

  Tonia Maxwell called my wife to complain about the poor review. My wife doesn't need to know that you missed dinner with your kids to buy us a $25 gas card for not doing your job properly. She paid for extra insurance to have for a rental $30 a day is what you offered. But she needed a lump sum before Enterprise would release the $119 a day car to her. Causing my wife even more stress than the minor accident . .Great hands to be in? Not so much. And to think I had Home, autos, and motorcycle coverage with the good hands people for over25 years.. Having your wife treated in such a manner by someone you employ.. pNot good , especially now... PS When you finally showed up you did not ask my wife how she was doing, or even say hello. Just" Are you still here?". Things sure have changed a lot in 25 years.... Angie's repair shop, not Firelands where we were steered, gave her a rental for free after you made her wait hours for a virtual appointment. And we don't even pay or know these people at Angie's repair shop 🤔
