    I was due for an upgrade so I went in to look at phones because my phone is about to die. She wanted to charge me over $300 to upgrade to the same the phone that I saw on my cricket app for $199. She said that if I ordered online that they would charge me three months service plus the phone. So I left and called the number on my app and found out she lied!! I called today to ask if they had the latest Samsung phone in stock and was told no and she doesn't know when they'll get them and she wasn't very friendly about it either. That place has gone down hill with rude people that making up their own rules. Not sure if I'll just go somewhere else or switch companies completely. Never going back there though! I wish I could've given 0 stars!

    My phone is having an issue on and off with a part of the screen not working. I called Cricket customer service and since it was within the 7 day window since I bought the phone, they said there would be no issues returning the phone to the store I bought it from. In store the workers told me on the first day I need my receipt and box the phone came in and they could process my phone exchange then. I come in the next day with those and my phone and they tell me they "can't find the problem" so they cannot exchange it. I mentioned that I spoke to Cricket customer service and she told me that they're a third party store (?) so what they told me on the phone couldn't be upheld. The lady was very rude, defensive, and just seemed miserable that I was even talking to her. There was no need to imply that I was lying about the phone having problems, why would I exchange a working phone for the same exact model of working phone? I sort of asked and she got a way more professional tone and said "I'm not accusing you of lying. I hope you know that." There's no need to be so rude to your customers who just want to resolve the problem with their phone.
