    I placed an order through the app which ends up being delivered through DoorDash. When the driver dropped off my order, most of my items were missing. I called the store and they informed me that the driver forgot the second bag (I received the text with the photo when it was picked up of only 1 bag and our drinks). So I drove to get it and when I got there, I noticed that the rack with the orders is behind the counter. Therefore, the driver can only deliver the bags that he was given because it’s not a self-serve pickup rack. I mentioned this to the workers that they tried to blame it on the driver and they all just looked at me and said nothing. This happened once in the past in which they forgot a bag of items so I know that the workers are to blame, despite trying to blame it on the driver.

    Love this establishment. Something has changed over the past week or so . Not sure what it is but I love it . Keep them wings coming .

    Ordered 10 pieces of wings 5 lemon pepper 5 hot received only 8 wings total! Four of each flavor. The price of wings aren't cheap, I work hard for my money and ordering out is already spending money I don't have only to get shorted is extremely disappointing. Especially after I got there and the order wasn't even started yet because he didn't have the right wing count he said.

    Try not to make negative reviews but this one I had to Yesterday I went to Wingstop and the person in front of me was giving them a hard time because they complained the wings was cold And she checked her order right in front of them. I was thinking that she was being extra or a little bit much But I didn’t understand their policies. When I got my food, I assumed everything was right because I walked into order. I didn’t check out my meal until an hour and half later because I was running late to a meeting. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong sauce on the wings as well as instead of giving me 10 bone and wings. They gave me nine bone and wings and one boneless wing. Because of the hours, I had to wait till the next day to call and they told me that I would have to bring in the food for them to remake my order or to verify. Wingstop isn’t worth a hassle and the food isn’t much better than a bar. I see a lot of trouble is not just at this location, but I have many other locations. The employees never care and the store is always dirty. This is my last experience at a Wingstop because I will not spend any more of my money there
