  If I could give a zero I would. I was supposed to get my medicine (that needs to be refrigerated) yesterday morning. I watched the tracking all day and nothing updated. They ended up taking it back to the facility at 7:30pm when it said delivery before 8pm. I called and nobody knew where my medicine was or why it didn’t get to me. Another day has gone by and still no medicine. Nobody in the call center could assist except for saying they made it priority shipping…. To which it wasn’t. It has said for 24+hrs now that Dawn is on her way. This is not the case. Someone’s medication that is supposed to be saving their life shouldn’t be messed with like this. I absolutely hate FedEx for making my condition ten times worse trying to deal with all of this.

  I’ve been missing my delivery for 3 days and no one to talk to. They leave a tag on the door but you can’t call anyone. Terrible.
