  I’ve been missing my delivery for 3 days and no one to talk to. They leave a tag on the door but you can’t call anyone. Terrible.

  This place is terrible. The driver for my area is worthless. I have had packages show delivery attempted with a picture of their lap taken as I stood on my porch and watch them drive by at 60mph not even slowing down. The driver claims my address does not exist but going to the location to pick up my package and talking to the manager using their GPS system shows no matter how you type my address in it comes up. The manager stated they have had issues with the driver in question before and yet it appears they have done nothing to resolve the shitty driver.

  When you pay extra to get your package after 5 and the driver shows up on your camera at noon. What’s the point? Not only do they not show up when scheduled but they double charged you on top of it. I don’t know why any company would choose FedEx to deliver their product. By far the worst delivery service out there. If I was given the option of FedEx for free or to have to pay for ups I’d definitely pay for ups. I absolutely despise FedEx. Impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Stupid virtual chat doesn’t work. It’s like fedex knows how bad they suck and really want to make it as hard as possible to tell them about it! God I hate this company!
