  Never ever using UPS printing services again. I walked in thinking I just needed to print one simple piece of paper and somehow ended up paying over $3 for it. $0.40 for the actual copy wasn’t even the issue, they charged an extra $2.30 just to use the computer for literally a couple minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. At that point it feels less like customer service and more like finding random ways to nickel-and-dime people. For one sheet of paper?! Office Depot, libraries, and plenty of other places don’t charge these crazy hidden fees just to open a document and hit print. I understand businesses need to make money, but charging over $3 for a single basic printout is honestly insane. Definitely won’t be going back for printing services.
