  After reading some of these reviews, I honestly felt the need to share my experience because it does not reflect the store I know at all. Every time I’ve been here, the staff has gone out of their way to help customers, answer questions, and stay patient even during busy times. Customer service jobs are not easy, especially when people come in stressed or frustrated, but this team still treats everyone respectfully and does their best to help every single person who walks through the door. What I appreciate most is that they actually try to solve problems instead of rushing people out the door. The store is clean, organized, welcoming, and you can tell the employees care about the community and their work. North Ridgeville needed a UPS Store like this with people like that. People are quick to leave negative reviews after one moment of frustration, but I’ve personally seen kindness, professionalism, and hard work from this team consistently. Don’t let a few unfair reviews stop you from supporting this location. They are truly amazing.

  Terrible experience! The customer service is absolutely awful. if you don't like your job, find another one. The woman was rude, just because I asked her for help.

  Very Welcoming. The lady who runs the store is very pleasant and helpful. always has a very warm greeting when arriving.

  Bad experience. Was excited to have a ups store in North Ridgeville but I wont visit again. The lady was rude and did not seem to know what she was doing. She was slow and had a line waiting. I was scared to hand over my package because she was incompetent and did not look like she worked there. Also, she charged me without confirming how much it would be, just basically taking for granted. This generally never happens. I would rather drive somewhere else the next time than to deal with this lady.

  Absolutely no help. The woman could barely understand English and had issues with the computer. She continued to pause the task she was working on with me to assist other customers. While I applaud multitasking, I have a feeling her pausing my postal issue on the screen had a direct impact as to why she could not “process my postage”. A simple envelope containing a check going to a government agency. Simple stuff. The woman had zero empathy and said she had issues reading a clear address, and would not allow me to see the address on the screen to confirm that what she put in was correct. I was calm and collected during the whole process which took roughly 30 minutes of my time only to be told she couldn’t ship it. Did she give a reason why? No. Did she apologize? No. Just handed me back my package and took the next person. Absolutely rude. I ended up having a panic attack in the parking lot and chest pain. I kept trying to tell her how important it was that this envelope got out, but she didn’t listen. Packages with questionable substances I’ve heard of have issues going out. Food or other items, sure. But a simple tiny envelope with a check in it? To a commonly sent to address? Sounds like user error.
