  This piece of real estate is where restaurants go to die. I lived in N.O. For 40 years and every single franchise has died not too long after they opened the better ones last 6 years or so.

  First time at a wingstop...the food was really good. This particular place seemed like a 2 star type place, but the food was good and I am feeling generous. The place was run down a bit and the service was lack luster. I will go to wingstop again, I will not go to that one again.

  Food was ready fast, ranch was packed correctly, and the wings had enough sauce to make me temporarily forget about alimony payments.

  I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. The staff member I interacted with was rude and actually raised their voice at me during a simple conversation. I wasn’t being disrespectful or difficult, so being yelled at felt completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Good customer service should be about helping customers and treating them with respect, even if there’s a misunderstanding. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Situations like this make it hard to want to come back. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel disrespected just for asking questions or needing help

  The girl with piercings was super rude while ordering restaurant environment was discusting food took absolutely longer then what they said wouldn’t recommend this location at all horrible experience
