  No classic wings an hour and a half before close. If you are going to be open late then keep the menu open. I decided to go in and just get boneless. I asked why they don’t do classic and they said because we have to save them for online orders. So I had to open the app and place an online order while I was sitting in the store to get what I wanted. Ridiculous. Wild business model. “Sorry we can’t do a walk in order and I’ll happily turn you away, but when you ask about it turns out that you just need to place an online order and we can make you whatever.”

  Ordered online 07/17 @2:07pm. Food was ready upon arrival. Store was clean and the young lady was friendly. Checked bag before leaving. Food was hot, Fresh and seasoned perfectly. First time trying the hot lemon and it was yummy. Carrots were fresh, corn was cooked perfect, Chicken tenders and boneless chicken nice and crispy. Prefer large ranch in the large foam but they gave me plenty in the small cups. Taste the same.

  This store and every other Wingstop has significant issues. You cannot drop as much fries and chicken as you are at once. You are making people sick and it is causing food to not be cooked properly. You are forcing your workers to drop food in large batches and you're even training them this way. Your basket should never be over half full and you should never be dropping two baskets at once into the same fryer. Stay far far away from any restaurant that over drops food because it will always result in people getting sick and inconsistent food quality
