  Awful service and awful people working there. Tried to mail a USPS package that weighed six pounds and they said it was too big. Which is weird because I've never had that problem. The guy just didn't want to do his job.

  Let me compare my visit to this ups store to the ‘other store’ for shipping—which is closer to home: This store provides service, courteously, friendly, efficiently, thoroughly. The ‘other’ shipping store makes the customer make their own label—on a computer that I’m not familiar with, and don’t know how to use, and they will not assist me! I’m 80 years old, I use a shipping service every few years, not every day—I don’t own computer or printer. I need help! And this UPS store helped me, courteously, thoroughly, and quickly—with a smile and a thank you.

  I went in with some anxiousness to send two important documents. I wasn't sure if I had to fill out the information at a self-serve kiosk. The person behind the counter, Jeff, told me he'd take care of everything, starting by giving me shipping options and pricing. He took down both addresses and helped me through the touch screen. I was totally satisfied as I left the store.

  I haven’t experienced a worse UPS location… as the 3 star reviews speak for themselves. I came in with a big box and a baby and the employee was standing by the door and didn’t offer a hand (whatever sure) but on top of that NO hi , no welcome , no acknowledgment that a customer was there. The older gentleman behind the counter , same reaction.. extremely, extremely . It’s sad to see someone dislike their job so much. It’s your attitude that determines how you like your job and how bright your day will be.
