  I just wanted to say this subway has the nicest employees. Chase was amazing and I appreciate how he made my salad. Great conversation too. Just all around very nice. Thank you!

  Today when we went up to order there was no one at the counter for several minutes. Finally Rhiannon appears and proceeds to tell us “what you see out is all that I have left” with a terrible attitude. This is not our first encounter with Rhiannon. She truly needs to get some help with her customer service skills. It’s 9pm and this Subway is open 24 hours. How is there nothing stocked or prepped? We just went through this Subway less than 24 hours ago and Marvel is probably your best asset yet. Everything was stocked and plenty offerings available. I witnessed Rhiannon with another customer and she was all smiles and so helpful, why the change in attitude with different customers? If you don’t like your job find a different one where you aren’t tossing customers sandwiches around and you look completely miserable representing Subway/Loves.
