I went in to return a damaged rug to Rugs.com, and I waited in line, they were very busy. When went up to counter, I got the tall thin, older lady with long gray hair. I was not able to get my label to show on my phone, and I asked for assistance. She rolled her eyes at me and then squinted at my phone, she couldn't read it, she apparently needs glasses. So, I said can't I just email it to your stores email, and you can print it from there? She gave me a dirty look, and said ,I can't help you! I said can you please get someone to help, so I can get this item returned. There were 2 other men in the store, one assisting customers, and one wrapping up packages. She was so rude, would not ask for help. So I spoke up and said, I need some help here, my phone won't bring up the label to be printed. So the middle aged guy walked over with a mad look on his face, and said, here just use this address and email it to us. I did that, and sent it over. He printed it and took my rug, still with a unhappy look on his face. He said, I won't charge you for the label, since you had such a problem with it. I said Thank you, and walked out. I have never been treated so badly at this store as I was on Sunday June 7th. I have use this store many times previously and was always greeted and taken care of promptly. I read alot of your stores reviews, and so many customers have complained about unprofessional and nasty treatment from this gray haired woman, and she is still working there? Are you trying to lose business, because I will never go in this store if she is still there. And, I may file a complaint about your store if she is not removed from working with customers. She has no business being in a customer service based store. She is rude, nasty and not fit to work with the public!!
