  I went in to Newcomerstown location around 1pm today for 3 subs for the family. The young heavyset girl behind the counter was less than polite. I had forgotten my glasses in the car & asked her how much a 6 inch turkey sub was. Her entire rely was: "i honestly have no idea." I had to ask her if she could please look at the board for me & maybe find out?" Then while taking my order, she coughed all over her hand that she was about to make our sandwiches with! Ew. I had to politely ask her to wash hands & change gloves before touching our food. She got very offended & left the room. Another girl, this one much more polite returned in her place & washed her hands & put on clean gloves & smiled, apologized & asked me what I would like.

  Asked for 2 subs to be tosted and they were not and a pizza sub and meatballs sub is not tasty cold I also tried a bowl and everything was cold glad we were going home and had a microwave and they forgot to put it the chocolate chip cookie we love having the businesses in the area and appreciate the extra option but that's 2 wrong orders in a row so it's damonds subs from now on hopefully we will get a good sit down restaurant in town one day and hopefully subway will find people that take pride in their work I'm not saying don't go there just double check and make sure that you have what you ordered
