  Andrea is a LIFESAVER! My husband and I visited this location today and were lucky to have Andrea help us. I was mailing something very important and Andrea picked up on my anxiety instantly. She took her time and was extra careful packaging my item adding tape and bubble wrap which made me feel so much better! Andrea is a gem and anyone working with her will leave delighted!

  Very unprofessional. When calling to resolve issues with delivery, I 3was told lies to get me off the phone. No follow through with any promises. They did not knock on door for delivery which required signature and drove off. A local bridge was out so the had to turn around and drive by again and at that point I was on the porch with the slip they left and instead of stopping, they shrugged and kept going. First customer service rep said they would come back same day. Nope. Second said he would call the next day when they were close, nothing. Horrible employee and even worse customer service representatives.
