I was not very happy today with what I was charged for 2 scoops of tuna in a water cup. I also had about a tablespoon of lettuce and a small amount of ranch on it. I had gotten this before at the north 21st street Subway and the girls really fixed me up. My friend had just had her teeth removed and I thought the tuna would be great again for her. The real problem is that with a water glass with a very small amount of tuna the girl that fixed it for us still charged it as a 6" sub. I understand rules but this is ridiculous. Probably will not return to this location. The girl that fixed her tuna cup should understand a tooth problem as she has really bad teeth herself. Carma may get her back.
District manager Crystal is extremely rude. Attempted to order a kids 3 inch sub but substitute pepperoni for turkey. We’ve been coming to this location for a long time, we’ve never had issues ordering this for our children. Crystal informed us today that we couldn’t do that and argued and was extremely rude saying the store was under new ownership, and she could do a 6 inch spicy Italian instead and cut it in half. That’s not what we wanted. We wanted just pepperoni not a spicy Italian, not to mention the kids meal comes with a drink so why would I spend double doing the same thing?

I guess I have learned that Subway Corporate has no support for your customers who are having issues with your stores. You tell them to go to the Owner of that store. Well, when the Owner goes not give a dam I guess that tells me a lot about your company. Not my problem.
Your Store at 607 Country Club Dr, Newark, Ohio 43055 fountain drink machine has been out of making ice for months. Today, when I placed an order through your App. I came into the store to pickup my order. No ice in the fountain machine again. I asked the young girl at the checkout why there is not ice. She says it has been broken for months. Which is true. What I am to do I asked? She just said nothing and walked away. The lady who gave me my order when completed. I asked her why no ice. She said the Owner is selling the business to a New Owner and he is going to leave it up to the new owner to pay to fix it. REALLY? How poor in servicing your customers. If I was buying the business I would expect everything to be in working order. How uncaring of your Franchisee Owner to their customers.
So, here is where I am at. This is the last time I will every purchase Subway. There is plenty of other sub shops in this area. Jersey Mike's is one that I have never had any issues at. Fire House Subs and other places are in our area too.
This Owner clearly does not care about servicing his customers in any way. He must be losing money and that is why he is selling. You guys made a bad decision going to this guy. And shame on you for not having a place to complain about your stores that have owners not servicing your customers.
